1. What is Calm and Well Studios?
Calm and Well Studios is a Canadian, woman-owned apparel brand that focuses on promoting wellness through positive affirmations and mental health awareness. We donate partial proceeds from every sale to mental health charities, currently supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipping is available both within Canada and internationally.
3. How long will it take to process my order?
Our processing time is typically up to 1 week. However, during busy holiday seasons, there may be slight delays. We will always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check our sizing guide before making a purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
6. What charity do you support?
Currently, we are donating partial proceeds from every sale to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). The charity changes biannually, and we are committed to supporting mental health initiatives and other well-being-focused organizations.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to follow your package through the shipping carrier’s tracking system.

Yes! We offer international shipping, with delivery times varying based on your location. Please note that any customs or duties fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

All designs are created with inspiration from my mental health journey, evidence-based wellness practices, and my love for neuroscience. We ensure that each piece reflects our mission of promoting positivity and mental health awareness.
