Processing Time: We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is up to 1 week. During holiday seasons, there may be slight delays due to high demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Options :We ship orders from Toronto, Canada, and offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Domestic Shipping (within Canada): Orders typically take 2-10 business days after processing, depending on the region.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, usually ranging from 7-21 business days. Customs and import duties may apply for international orders, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Proceeds for Charity: At Calm and Well Studio, giving back is a core part of our mission. Partial proceeds from every sale go to a charitable organization that changes biannually. We are currently donating to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). Thank you for helping us support this cause!
Order Cancellations Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, it enters our system immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please ensure that all details (such as size, shipping address, and payment information) are correct before finalizing your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description. We will review your case and work with you to provide a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. All additional fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Calm and Well Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once your package leaves our facility, we recommend tracking your shipment through the carrier's tracking system. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Address Errors: It is important that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you made an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
